  1. If your talking about Kiwifruit,once called a chinese gooseberry, I think. They are rich in Vitamin C.

  3. Kiwis are incredibly high in vitamin C. HIgher than an orange or grapefruit. One kiwi fruit supplies you with all the vitamin C you need for a day. I like to eat them for that reason plus the fact that they taste so great.
