How are post grad masters courses graded?

  1. My masters courses were graded the same way as undergrad - do the homework, write any assigned essays, pass the exams.  But in a masters course, anything below a B is a bad grade, and may mean you have to retake the course - fall below a B average (GPA of 3.0) and they kick you out of the program.
