How are Norwegians like?

Can anyone tell me what Norwegians are like? Like what are the common hair and eye colors? Their culture?

They like to make things out of wood.

As a English man living in Norway I can only comment on the differences between the two countries. This is very general and I am reluctant to generalise but will try and make it as accurate as possible.

Norwegian people are very patriotic and the flag is treated with full respect , often it will be raised for royal birthdays and will be frowned upon if you do not flag on National day 17th May.

It takes time to be accepted as stranger and people do tend to stare if they are not familiar with you, thats different from u.k

Culture is strong, with references to the old days when Norway was nearly wiped out of inhabitants by the black plague.  Now its a very rich liberal , modern country with regular top listing on best places to live.

I remember one seeing a group of nursery kids going on a trip and 80% were  blond blue eyed. I am married to a norwegian with Black green eyes , so cannot say what the dominant genetics are.

Overall nice people , private, but very hospitable when they get to know who you are
