How are Parots able to speak language?

How are parots able to speak different languages? Ive always wondered why they are able to imatate language and I don't know any other animal on this planet how can.

They learn to control the movement of the muscles in the throat to direct the airflow in such a way reproducing certain tones and sounds and human speech.
