  2. All atoms are made up of Neutrons, Electrons and Protons.

    Neutrons and Protons are made up of Quarks.

    Electrons are Liptons.

  3. Actually in quantum scales like atoms there most of things are not as rational as we think.

    I suggest you to reah the book "A Brief History of Time" and "The Universe In A Nutshell" of Stephen Hawking to know more about atoms.
