How are blogs published?

Question

Can anybody help me with publishing the blog. I have posted a blog on blogger.com. I want it to be available in the web to anybody who could find it through search engine and make some comments. How can I make it available to anybody on the web.

just get the word out and also try to get others to provide links on there asites for you, good luck/
