How are cakes made on a commercial scale?

Hi :)

i need to know hpw cakes & pastries are made on a commerical scale (e.g for asda)

pictures would also be appreciated

  1. I dont know that they are made on a commercial scale, but weighed out for evenness.  They use the scale to make sure all cakes are the same weight, which result in the same size cakes.  That also insides all cakes will be evenly baked because...once again they are all the same size!!!
