How are cartoons and artist different from each other?

  1. If you mean difference between a cartoonist and an artist, there isn't really one. An artist is just a more general term; a cartoonist is a type of artist. But if you meant it the way you stated it, then: artists are the ones who draw the cartoons.

    Um.. Well, from my point of view...

    Cartoonist(sp?):

    Only draw cartoons. Mickey mouse, Spongebob, etc.. They specialise in cartoons only.

    Artist:

    Draws and paints. Use different techniques of painting. Draws most things but cartoons.

    Well.. that what i think! :D
