  1. Well I live in Baltimore and the only thing they have in common is their complete lack of understanding and common sense.  Sheila Dixon, the Mayor of Baltimore is constantly under investigation.


  2. If you mean the local DC government, they aren't related.  DCs local government functions free of any control from MD or VA.
