I'm typing an essay, and I forgot how the title is supposed to be punctuated. With Quotes? Underlined?

and if it helps, it's an essay about what I am planning to do in 10 years, and the title is 10 Years From Today...

  1. Titles should be centered, with a double space between it and the first paragraph.  It should not be italicized, underlined, or written in quotes.  Using a size 14 font can be acceptable. Numbers should be spelled out, and no end sentence punctuation is needed.

And starting with an anecdote, a question, or anything else that will engage the reader is preferable.
