  1. they train and learn how 2 put their weight in different areas of their body

  2. They have to stretch their muscles when the are doing gymnastics and it strengthens your muscles.

  3. thay push themsalf to the max

  4. uhm their whole bodies are muscle!  they have to learn how to hold their whole body up using just their core strength ; that takes more than lifting some weights.

  5. girl gymnastic are s**y!

is bekuz they practice alot like breakdancing. the more you do it the more

you gain experience and alo it works on different type of body part.

  6. Guys or girls? Male gymnastics are ripped, you probably weren't looking close enough. They keep a very low body-fat and are ripped enough to do their routine with their bodyweight. Weightlifter's are much stronger than you think, some bench press up to 700 pounds, they are over 2x as strong as the male gymnasts, but they also weigh more, their muscle size is cumbersome to the sport, and they have higher body fat, and they don't train in flips and whatnot.

The females have a lot less weight to carry around and are more centered around balance and flowing well so they can be tiny and still use their bodyweight well to do their flips and jumps.

  7. Lol! It's Called Structure Their Body Doesn't Look Strong But They Train And Their Body Structure Is Built To Do Flips And Push Ups And All Kinds Of Stuff :D

  8. Because majority of the time were not tumbling, but conditioning and working out. Conditioning is a daily part of life for gymnasts. Pushups, sit ups running is included in practice.
