  1. Lipids enter the Kreb's cycle as Acetyl-CoA. The Carbon backbone of the Lipid splits of into two carbon sections and is converted into Acetyl-CoA. Each Acetyl-CoA runs through Kreb's cycle and produces 1 ATP. NADH+H and the FADH that is produced continues to the the ETS to continue producing ATP.
