    Usually with big sludge pumping machines on ships , like the ones in dubai.


  2. I saw it on T.V. They use really big machinery. Firstly, they place sand on the sea (must be something special because it doesn't sink in). Then it dries ect. It must be safe

  5. some were originally sand banks and rock outcrops that because of their position it was expedient to cary out dredged material to them and create a bigger sand bank which was then planted , shaped by sand dunes and became an island .
