I think double standards hurt the benefactors more than the victims... am I wrong?

  1. Not sure I know any instances of the double standards you are referring to? Are you saying that women don't have to work as hard as men and get more credit for less effort and poorer out comes?

Equality is about EQUAL chances, equal opportunity's regardless of the candidates age, s*x, colour, religion, height, weight, appearance etc. Its not about letting the loser win! Its about giving everyone a level playing field. A lot of women are held back and penalised simply because they have children and employers thing they will be forever taking a "sickie" to have a day off.

    Results should speak for themselves.

I am all for equality but totally against so called "positive" discrimination. I can't stand the political BS where people get employed just to fulfill some quota! Like the "token" disabled worker, the "token" ethnic minority and token % of females in the work place. I also RESENT the way "immigrants" and so called "ethnic minority's" seem to get fast tracked into council housing etc. To the detriment of UK ENGLISH residents. Its all political BS!!!!

  2. I think women and any other minority are willing to beat you at your own game.

If any one does the same work as you they should be paid the same as you.

If they do better work than you they should be paid more.

Is that clear enough for you.
