How are my SAT scores for a seventh grader?

I got a 580 in math and a 380 in Critical Reading

I took it in the seventh grade for Duke TIP.

I was just wondering how good or bad these scores are.

I took it in 8th grade for the same kind of thingy (Johns Hopkins CTY)

580 is better than what I got in reading (530) and pretty good for a 7th grader.

And a 380 for math is not that good at all, even for a 7th grader. It's most likely because you haven't taken algebra, because there is a lot of that on the the test. I started algebra when I took the test in november, and I wish I knew then what I do now from a full year of algebra. My score was a 530.

That's good for the writing. I mean, they say 8 is goal, but you are 4 years ahead of yourself. Thats good for a 7th grader. I got a 7 on it.

umm actually there really low.. but you will improve in high school.... every one does! :)
