I feel like my hips are big for my body, what do you think?

You are a classic pear shape and the measurements are just fine. Having big hips in relation to your other measurements is not a bad thing. You have a really good waist/hip ratio.

It's a little big. You're like a size S on top and a size M for bottoms.

Well the perfect (barbie doll type) figure is: 36-24-36 which is considered "perfect" whatever perfect means, yes maybe for Barbie.  No your hips are fine, why don't you praise the fact that you have a small waist which most peoiple would envy!!!
