Here are my times so far this year:55m Hurdles- 9.3100m- 13.8200m- 28.8400m- 63.4First year of track (don't have any younger years in my area) and although we have practice, it isn't on a track and we don't do very hard workouts..How do my times stack up against others-phys. specs: 5'5 120lbsHow can I improve my times (realistically)?
