Are organic fertilizers different from manures and are natural fertilizers and organic fertilizers one and the same thing?

Organic composts made from any type of plant material, fish oil, seaweed, Earth worn castings, etc are all organic fertilizers. Most natural fertilizers are organic fertilizers as well, but it is not always so.
