How are people getting away with this?

On here, some people's user names and questions seem to be really racist, and i dont see why they are still getting away with it, when my answer to a jokes and riddles question got violtaed because it was LOL, which is apparently neither a answer or question. Have the moderators gone mad?

I think some of the user names and questions are quite offensive and they get away with it!!

Sometimes YA have strange ideas when it comes to violations.  I put on a question about a coat which was worn in a TV programme once - just wondered if anyone knew where I could get one.  I got a violation notice - goodness knows why!

I once went into the "Liverpool" category, as i was going to visit there, and i was asking how far something was from the train station. My question got reported as "not a question".

I agree. I havn't seen like... hardcore racism on YA in a while though. I do think its quite hard to monitor every question and answer, so if you see any unexeptable answers and questions just report it, but I think people are taking racism too far in that every little thing would be called racist. I frequently ask questions in anthropology and biology, about survival and thinking differences  between different races, and im called racist, and I'm really not. (and to the people who say if you claim your not racist without being accused of racism, then your racist, you are wrong)

There are definite differences between races, in terms of survival and in the way they think, but that doesn't mean they are stupid. Thats just my hypothesis, no one has to agree, and no one has to call it racist, it pathetic, I hate political correctness.

You will never work out how you get violated,when others do not.

In the past I spent ages contacting yahoo regarding answers that have been violated.I have never received an answer.

You will find that people may "report" your answers/questions because they do not like your views.

Do not let the site upset you to much.

I do not take it seriously,there are plenty of bigots from both sides of the fence.relax,have a laugh and put a smile on faces with some witty answers.

No they have not love,it is a requirement that you try and answer the actual question ,and don,t make comments or remarks about the question ,it is not allowed.I agree with you about the racist thing ,it also happens on all the categories where they can wind people up,they think it is funny,they will grow out of it as they become adults,all teenagers and kids do silly things they leave behind when they grow up.BUT,IF YOU HAVE SEEN RACIST ABUSE OR ANY KIND OF ABUSE,IT,S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT VIOLATING IT,YOU ARE ENCOURAGING IT BY IGNORING IT AND ALLOWING IT TO GO ON,FLAG/VIOLATE ALL ABUSE OF ANY KIND.
