Question:

How are people with bachelor's in sociology, psychology, human resources, etc. becoming social workers?

like they don't have their bachelors or masters in social work- just their bachelor's but yet i have seen people becoming social workers- doing the kind of service work in small organizations/companies- i guess because of our trying economy and the lack of social workers- it makes a lot of sense-
