  1. The cell walls are rigid.  I'm sure there's more to it, but that one I remember.


  2. ehmm. base on my study about biology in the field of cytology and histology, animals, fungal and protist has no cell wall than plant has.

    and also these:Cell wall,Plastids,Glyoxysomes.

    and the shape. plant has Rectangular shape while animal, fungal and protist have Round shape cell.
