  1. A Prime Number can be divided evenly only by 1, or itself.

    A Composite Number can be divided evenly by numbers other than 1 or itself.

    For example: 3 is a prime number because it is divided only by 1 & 3. 14 is a composite number because it can be divided by 14 & 1, but also by 7 & 2.

    a composite number can be divided by something other than itself and one.

  3. A composite number can be divided evenly by numbers other than 1 and itself eg: 8

    A Prime Number can be divided evenly only by 1, or itself eg: 3

  4. prime numbers don't have any factors except for one and itself while composite is numbers who have more then one factor like 8 or 10. an example of a prime number is 7,2, or 5.
