  1. there are many ways. but for Internet Explorer's favorite list, you can just copy the folder and put the folder anywhere you want (CD, disk, DVD, portable devices such as portable memory cards, etc). in Windows XP you can find the folder in "my computer" then open the main hard drive (usually C:), "documents and settings", then choose your user name (there are suppose to be at least 3 folders, all users, default users, and your username). once you open that folder, there is a STAR icon named Favorites, just right click on it, choose "copy" and copy it to whatever media you want :)

alternatively, there is an import/export option on a web browser. you can use that too. usually this option can be found  in "file" option on top left of the browser.

    hope this is not confusing.

  2. click each of the favorites

save the links & post to email

send to the new computer via email

visit all the pages and put them in favorites

otherwise see if there is a favorites folder, copy it, send it, and put it in favorites on new computer
