How are some ways to help me stop smoking?

HI I'm 23 yrs old and i have just found out i might have throat cancer. i have only been smoking for 2 yrs i have always been the one to tell people they stink and that it causes cancer i had allot of stress at the time i stared and i just couldn't stop. but i have 3 beautiful girls i gotta think about and i want to quit dr says i gotta go back in three weeks for a biopsy and he wants me to quit now so please help me to stop what can i use for when I'm stressed especially now with all that's going on whats so good things that help stop thanks ???????

  1. My brother was asked to stop smoking by the doctor but could not do so after many attempts.  

    So I gave him this book "Quit Smoking Easily" and to my surprise, it worked on him.  He's still not smoking after 3 months.

  6. It sucks, but the best way to quit is to grit your teeth and bear it. Just don't smoke. It's a h**l of a lot harder than it sounds, but you're telling your mind "NO" firmly and effectively.

  7. I was a heavy smoker previously. To quit smoke, you need to have strong mind or you will fail. I will suggest you eat the candy when you feel like to smoke, you can choose those candy which is design for smoker to stop smoking.
