  1. They are pretty awesome.  The performance will put most v8's to shame and with minimal mods you can keep up with mose exotics.  Reliable as h**l and mileage, if you drive nicely, is about 23-24 mpg mixed driving.  It depends on what you are used to driving but it might be a little harsh of a ride for some to drive everyday.  I have no problem with it though.

  2. I get 24mpg in mine on the highway, 18-19 is the worst i've gotten. Power/weight ratio is somewhere around 11:1. They're heavier than they look. They come with limited slip front and rear, as well as a driver-controlled center differential.

  3. They are faster than some Porsche's.

Turbochargers do not effect gas mileage. They get 27mpg highway.

It is a light car. Under 3000ibs. And it makes around 300HP with a 4 cylinder turbo.

Yes, they come with LSD and AWD. They handle better than Ferrari's and Porsche's and Lamborghini's.

0-60mph in 4.8 seconds. Top Speed is limited to 155mph.

It is not comfortable and has small back seats, but it is very reliable and could handle everyday driving, if you can handle the comfort.

  4. ^Turbochargers do not affect fuel economy.  LOL.  you've clearly never owned or driven a turbo car for any length of time.  stop quoting the EPA stickers you find on the interweb =)

how much mpg depends on much you use the throttle.  7mpg for track use is possible, 28mpg for flat highway 60mph cruise control driving is also possible

yes LSD front rear and computer controlled center diff.  Awesome car for track days, not the best car for the money when commuting

new 3 series is a much better commuter car.  the STi is only faster in a drag race if you do an abusive high rpm launch

  5. yes ther fast, but i dont how much MPG u get w/ a turbo.

  6. in my 05 psm sti i can get 27mpg in 6th gear under 70mph with cruise control on,your mpg will vary based on your driving habits and if your under boost or not,yes it makes a ok daily though the stock struts/springs are not the greatest,300hp/300 footpounds at the crank is plenty of power, and that can easily be upped

the center diff is manual or auto controlled for lock up and is essentially lsd
