  1. not the most forgiving irons . will help your game after three to five rounds of golf. more than enough forgivness , to be playable, without the lack of apperance that all game improvement clubs . classic  art . highley recommended .

  2. Mizuno makes excellent equipment.  I used to play an older model of one of their iron sets.  Loved them.  A tester in the Golf Magazine Club Test '08 stated, "You'd be hard-pressed to find a more accurate iron."  They are rated for a player whose handicap is between 0-12.  Testers did find off-center hits to lose some distance, but you'll get that with most irons.  It was given a 4.5 star rating out of 5 stars.  I looked at a set at the pro shop the other day and they felt great.  If I was in the market for new irons, I'd give them some serious consideration.

  3. Get the Titleist irons...mizuno sucks. Get the Karsten Anser 2 putter as well, but don't copy off of amazing putters that already have the club.

  4. I've been researching all the major brands (inc. Ping, Titleist, Callaway, Mizuno, Taylor Made, etc) for the past 3 months for a new set of irons. All the reviews (Golf Digest, etc) of the MP57's were great and I had my heart set on buying them. However on the range I found the Mizuno MX-25's more forgiving so I've just ordered them instead. It really depends on your handicap. If it's less than 12 the MP 57's would be a good buy, otherwise go with the MX-25's. The most important thing I found was to get fitted ($50) for lie angle, shaft flex and length, and to try the clubs out at a range to make sure you are happy with your investment.
