  1. I would boil some green beans until tender, then put them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process and retain its crispness. Then put a few tablespoons of oil in a wok, put on high heat, and wait until you start to see smoke come off from the wok (high-heat cooking is essential in chinese cuisine). At that moment put minced garlic from 4-5 cloves and stir around to infuse the garlic flavor. Then add a few tablespoons of soy sauce, one teaspoon of cornstarch and water each, and mix together to thicken the sauce. Then add the green beans, coat with the sauce and then drizzle with a few teaspoons of sesame oil, and then you're done :)

  2. they have to be fresh. puree some garlic cloves and rub them over the green beans. then, sautee in sesame oil. when they are ready sprinkle some garlic salt on them and voila.

  3. boil garlic until tender, sautee in garlic1thats simple

  4. ummm im not sure but im thinking garlic, ginger, soy sauce and green beans? try that,OMG i'm hungry now :D

  5. buy some frozen green beans. put then in a small skillet, and sprinkle some garlic salt and sautee them. Enjoy
