Weapons?? what is wrong with that girl...she has never been there!!!! look man, i've been in Barranquilla and Santa Marta, in fact, i will go back next month....Girls are beautiful, my gf is from Barranquilla and she is beautiful, like an angel!! you know? Shakira is from Barranquilla... they are really friendly. in fact...i feel more comfortable in Barranquilla than any other city in Colombia...Barranquilla is like a party city...:D since i arrived there, i heard music and saw beautiful women!!! you love it!!

WTH? Suspicious? Weapons? LOL I live in Colombia. Ive  been to Santa Marta a lot (have an apartment there, also) The women there are easy to approach, love to dance and party. The night life there is wonderful as it is in Cartagena.

No. It is a well-known fact that they are all very suspicious, and almost all of them own and carry a weapon. It is actually almost impossible to approach them if you are of the opposite s*x. I know because I have a friend who lives there so I have spent many months there.
