  1. Im presuming you mean putting on your hand wraps before putting on your gloves so thats how i will answer.

There are many ways to wrap your hands so it will be down to personal preference after doing it a few times, the main thing is you want them comfortable not to tight not too loose you want them too protect your thumb knuckles and wrist mainly so they have to be tight but you dont want them to restrict the flow of blood around your hands.

The way i was taught to actually put on the wraps was as follows. Put your hand flat on a table and spread your fingers now loop the end of wrap around thumb then wrap your thumb then wrap around your wrist and alternate between wrapping thumb and wrist about 3 or 4 times or until your thumb and wrist feel secure then move to the palm and knuckles wrap around a couple of times and then i would move to wrapping between the fingers for this you wrap between each finger in turn and wrap back around the thumb when you have put a wrap in every gap take the wrap all round the knuckles again and then repeat this again if you can do it a third time then you can when you have done this bring the last bit of material round your wrist a couple of times and secure the velcro. Hope i have explained this good enough its kind of a pain to put it into words.
