How are the keywords chosen to the Suggestions?

The question is in the title.. So how the keywords are chosen to the Suggestions form, and how long do they stay there? Is every keyword searched with made into a keyword? Please answer I have to know!!

the Key words are chosen when you first type into the small box at the top.

so if you want a question to go to a certain category then start witha key word like.

messenger

cooking

religion

and so on .you get the idea! it dosn't have to be the 1st word as long as it is in the first box.and then you can always change the cat. to something else.that you think will get better answers.good luck.
