the most succesful person I know is a female in her early 20s who started her own non-profit. she has a GED.

As for college friends v. grad school friends it depends a lot on their majors. I have some friends who just have an undergrad degree and are making 6-digits just a few years after graduation and i have some friends with grad degrees and making not more than $50,000  a year. For instance my friend with an undergrad in finance/business is making more than my friend with a grad degree in teaching just cause being an investment banker makes more than teachers. so it all depends on your degree and what you want to do
