Argentina - Moron, Corrupt Populist

Chile - well educated Doctor, Center-Left,  weakening government as she can't please everyone at once and has problems making tough decisions

Uruguay - Pragmatic, Center-Left,  Business Friendly, Well Educated, country is too small to make drastic chanages improving things and a bit lost in its past so it doesn't advance.  Lots of agriculture, beef, farms and old cars.  Genuine, honest,simple people live there.
