How are the strikes are usefull to the one does strikes????

If the person who does strikes does to acheive something ........

if he is holding some bussiness then why & how it is usefull(profitable) to him????????

Without it, you probably would be working 10 or 14 hour days, no fringe benefits, and no worker protection, which is the case now in much of the third world. We would be virtual slaves (serfs) to our master, the all-powerful employer.

Strikes and unions have been carefully demonized over the last half century by he very same groups who would prefer a return to feudalism, those same folks with all the money.

According to the communist theory, striking work is the legitimate weapon in the hands of the workers to bargain better deal with the capitalists. The capitalists do not contribute anything to the production, except for the capital they invest. The tools of production is monopolised by the capitalists and the workers are exploited by them. The workers have got only their toil and work. It is said that if the workers could strike work, they could have an effective say in the welfare of the workers. It is indeed a sound theory, which over a long period of time service as an effective means to bring in many a welfare measure. But, this has resulted in reverse exploitation in the hands of militant and unproductive labour forces. It has resulted in inefficiency and exploitation others sections of the society. It puts the society into ransom. Instead of creating a sympathy for them, the entire section of the society become hostile to them. The work force is regarded as anti-social.

If any group feels he is suffering, he will raise his voice by many ways.

Strike is one of them.

I feel that strike is not the reight way.

lets take an example of a autorickshaw driver,There is a petroleum price hike and he and his community go on strike.he earns while he drives then why should he stops driving and do a strike?Its all because after the hike his profit will be less if he drives with same rate and if he increase the rates people will get irritated and replace it with bus,cycle or something,so there will be net loss.Now what will happen with strike?The answer lies behind the system.

ones they go on strike the population of the city will face problem.they will blame govt for all this.and then govt under pressure will have to (if possible)decrese the price.

STRIKES ARE CREATED BY POLITICIANS FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT TO GET INTO THE PARLIAMENT.THEY THROW LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO CONDUCT STRIKES,HARTHALS ETC.THERE ARE SO MANY PARTIES IN INDIA, THEY ARE CONGRESS,COMMUNIST,BHARATHIYA JANATHA PARTY(BJP), SHIV SENA............ETC.THERE IS VOTING SYSTEM IN INDIA, PEOPLE'S REPRESENTATIVE IS GIVEN IMPORTANCE IN INDIA.............................
