How are these performances from an overall viewpoint?

I'm not especially good at any one event, but how do these times and distances look in terms of overall fitness? I'm 15 and about 5'6''.

Mile: 5:12

800: 2:18

400: 58

5k (XC): 18:30

Long Jump: 16ft-ish

Standing Long Jump: 8ft.

  1. Overall, those times show that you are in good condition.  Keep up the good work, and you'll see the times drop (hopefully soon)

  3. They're okay. For the mile, though, 5 minutes should be broken by the end of freshman year - especially if you did XC in the fall.

    I don't know about standing long jump, but the regular long jump isn't very good. You seem more like an XC runner, anyway, so you should work on longer distances.
