  1. You are third cousins. Below is a link that describes cousin relationships in detail.

  2. Third Cousins.   Their parents are second cousins.  In this case there are not removes as they are in the same generation coming down from a common ancestor, their great grandparents.

  3. third cousins, related, but legal to marry if this gives you an indication of distance to relationship

  4. Their parents are second cousins and they are third cousins. If they were to have children by separate spouses, those children would be fourth cousins. If they married, their children would be fourth cousins as well as siblings.

They can date and marry if they want; so can second cousins. If they do date, however, and the boy first chews with his mouth open, then decides to set the county speed record for getting a bra off on the first date, there will be some distinct pauses at family reunions for the next 10 - 20 years.

the cousin thing, your second cousin is your cousins child

    i hope that helps :)

  6. They're third cousins.  Their mothers or fathers or one of each are second cousins.

  7. Where I'm from we call those not only "cousin", but also "shirttail cousins"
