hello, how are you able to enter premium problems?

The thing is you shouldn't even have expert tools on your profile page yet.

To be able to solve premium problems, you will need to:* Be a registered Expert on FixYa.* Earn the rank of Wiz or Guru.

You also need to have solved atleast 30 problems. and at this time you have only 13.
