How are you called for jury duty?

What items would you have to be called for jury duty? If I'm not mistaken you need at least your either your driver's license or be registered to vote. Is there anything else that would make you summoned for jury duty?

nope they just randomly select off the registered voters list and then send you a summons

In NZ registered voters who have their drivers license are the people summoned for jury duty. We usually get sent letters in the mail telling us we've been summoned and when we have to be in court for jury selection.

Your driver's license, registration record, state ID card, tax filing or real property ownership record is all that a state needs to summon you for jury duty.

All Utility bills are used in some jurisdictions. Also state college enrollment files and the phone book are sometimes used. I know in South Western NM of a time where the local Deputy Sheriff was sent to get people from the local cafe.
