  1. Eliminating "frivolous" trips downtown for jaunts to the bars or to the coffee shops. Eating out less. Spending less, in general.

I've considered buying a scooter for local travel and possibly trips to work. The bus times don't always jive with an early or late work schedule.

  2. staying at home and cooking cheaper meals.

  3. I'm taking vitamins so that I don't have to rely on my diet to provide all the nutrients my body needs, and I can reduce my food intake.  Truth be known I could stand to lose a few pounds.

I've bought rain gear and cold weather gear so I can increase the percentage of days that I can ride my motorbike to work.

I've quit working out and running to reduce my respiration rate and the amount of CO2 I exhale to reduce my carbon footprint.  I feel greener.

  4. No im not cutting on food and fuel costs if you buy the things that are cheap i feel that you are missing out things that your body needs.

  5. I'm not.  Plan to increase my usage over time.

  6. Starvation.  I wish I were kidding.

  7. I'm parking my car on Friday and not using it again until Monday, which means I'm doing a whole lot of walking on weekends.  When I go shopping, I stock up on non-perishable items so that I don't have to make future runs to the store

  8. Cutting food and fuel.  I have no choice.
