you walk to the mail box instead of letting it idle at the mailbox as you reach in.

we don't go to the grocery store unless we need a TON of stuff.  

We combine trips-if we go to the grocery, then we're also going to get a haircut, go to the bank, and go to the post office.  

No more Sunday drives.

Ride a bike with a basket on the back.

Comes in handy for store runs.
