How are you suppose to get support??

I can't log into my email account so I was looking for the live chat and you have to log in to get help. I can't log in so how do I suppose to get some help for my AOL email account??

Is it that you forgot your password?  See this:

Or set up a new screen name/password and then login to contact the live chat and ask your questions.
