  1. That depends on how fast you are running. Take a sprinter for example: They are running so fast they don't have enough time for their heal to strike and roll forward. So they are landing only  on their forefoot. A slower runner will land more on their heal and roll forward. Shoes with varying amounts of cushioning are available so it's best to talk to the people at your running shoe store and test out different models to match your needs of cushioning/shock absorption.  There's nothing wrong with landing on your forefoot while running. If you feel that it works better for you and keeping you from getting injured, I say go for it. If you prefer to heal strike, make sure you have to right amount of cush in the heal.

  2. you're supposed to land on the heel of your foot not the ball

otherwise it will tire your feet quickly

  3. if you want run fast than you used your toes farward , but if you are marathon runner you used first landing your heel and your speed is not so fast. you need to watch current events video and you can get more.

  4. if your running, like actually running then you should be running on your toes and leaning foward. it gives you more push power and lessens the impact on your feet.

  5. The faster you go the closer to the balls of your feet you should be landing, it absorbs shock much better than landing on the heels and it's the most efficient way from a performance perspective too. If it isn't natural to you, try running in barefeet (in a safe environment - good weather conditions, no hazards and a firm, forgiving surface) - you'll naturally be forced to land on the balls of your feet.
