I am being ask to do a project on this topic and i would like to know more on what is the ingredient commonly used in europe

  1. Since we have  gone globalizing!! we have become very versatile-There is no such thing as one ingredient commonly used, a variety of ingredients are used now

    A lot of Asian spices like red chili pepper flakes, cumin, cardamons, coriander turmeric, 5 spice are incorporated to ad the extra bite in Western preparations

    Cooking is an art and like artists who dabble in unusual color mixes and textures, chefs have incorporated spices and  herbs from all over the world to lend a distinctive flavor and texture of dishes that  were once traditional to a particular region and country

    Take for instance a simple roast Chicken or Turkey-I have  known famous chefs rubbing dark Soya sauce to give the Turkey a special color or use red Cayenne pepper powder to give it that extra notch!, Some use a paste of various green  herbs , in paste form like dill, rosemary , mint , and  cilantro in paste form mixed with garlic and rub it over a leg of lamb  before roasting

    Food is all about taste & texture, one does not need now to be scared to experiment-
