As far as I know jobsindubai.com is a scam. They ask money from jobseekers which is against the UAE law. And I doubt that their job vacancies on the site are real. Just type 'jobsindubai.com scam' in Yahoo or Google and you will find lots of info

there are lots of recruitment agencies here in UAE, I think most of them are authentic but the only difference between each of them is how they deal with the applicants, some are asking for money before proceeding of application, others before and after the interview, while the rest is being paid from the employer.

I suggest you better check out this site for the list of the companies here in UAE and directly submit your CV on their sites;
