They're not awesome at all.

They're little boys trapped in bigger bodies who have insecurity issues and falsely believe that machismo and punishment are the way to deal with problems in life.

Ironically, they cause more trouble by doing what they do.

AweFUL might be a more accurate word.

You can't say the Royal Marines are awesome, reserve that adjective for the US Marines. The Royal Marines are amazing, breathtaking, majestic, these words are much more British.

Ive worked with them, great bunch of guys.  Ive also worked with army pathfinders and the raf regiment.  All are a good choice if your gonna join the forces,  all very fit and capable.  It really does depend on your preferance to working environments in the future
