How bad does it hurt to be shot with a paintball?

In about a month I'm going to play my first game of paintball at McCoys Paintball in Princeton NC. Does paintball hurt?

it hurts the first time but after awhile it doesn't but it all depends on how u play if ur a p***y and u stay in the back the adrenaline won't get going so it is going to hurt but if u move around and get into fire fights it won't hurt that bad cause of the adrenaline.

You'll get a bruise if you get hit on any unprotected part off your body. Depends on the distance & power of the paintball gun, it can be quite painful to score a direct hit.

depends what ur wearing but generally if it hits your skin it will hurt

not too bad, as long as you are at least 20 feet away, it's no big deal...try to wear gloves and a protective cup, cause if you take a shot in the hand, it's gonna rip right open (skin on hands is tight, and easily is cut/ peirced...and the cup thing...well, that goes without saying, cause if you take one in your MR. McGuyver...It's gonna hurt, from any distance.

when you are into the game it barely hurts at all, if you get shot while your standing around it hurts

To be honest yes, but its over very quickly. Its like getting punch with a small fist. A very strong small fist.

It depends on where you get hit. Where thick clothes and try to cover your hands and the back of your head! It really doesn't hurt all that bad you've got to much adrenaline to care.

It's not so bad, if the markers are set with a chronometer to a safe velocity.

I can tell you the first hit I took was in the small of the back, on a non-chrono'ed marker, at less than 20-30' and it stung like $#!+, but after that it wasn't so bad. I knew what it felt like then!

The jawbone ones still hurt, as well as the quads being hit in the leg.

Have you ever been flicked in the arm? That's about how hard the legal paintball shot, 15 feet away would hurt... Anything farther would sting less, and for shorter time

nah its not that bad.At first its like someone just pinched you really hard for like 2 minutes and then it stings for a while.

not bad, just wear a baggy sweater, you'll be fine and dont listen to the guys who say its going to hurt really bad and stuff, they just want to scare you.
