  1. Pretty low for a 11 year old boat.  I'd be probably more apprehensive of a boat of that age with very low miles.  The motor needs to run.  I'd ask how many hours over the past few years.  If it has been sitting for an extended period of time without operation, things like seals leaking could be a problem.
