How bad is Hitman? Is the sexual content too much?

I want a new game for my XBOX. So i asked some people and one of them suggested Hitman. So i looked it up and all of them are Rated M for violence and stuff. But also "strong sexual content". My parents aren't okay with sexual content. So i was wondering if it's that big of a deal. I mean, how bad is it?

Well its not as worse as GTA picking up prostitute or strippers giving you lap dances.
