  1. not very good an average time is like 10min so thats not great but not isalnely bad

  2. To a large degree, it's relative to who's doing it -- height, weight, health, age, etc., etc.

A 15-minute/mile pace would normally be considered a "brisk walk" for the average runner, however.

  3. There are sooooo many guys that can run a 5K in that time

  4. that's horrible. but if you run regularly you'll be able to shorten it in no time.

  5. I can run two miles in 15 minutes....and I'm a hurdler.

But if you're just starting, don't worry about it. Take your time, get in shape, get some arch support for those flat feet (or you'll get shin splints), and work hard.

    The time will drop!

  6. that ok. but not good... ha ha i run it in 10 minutes! :(

    anyways PLEASE answer mine!

  7. Honestly, not to be mean, that is horrible, the worst person on our team ran it in 7 minutes. We are 7th graders

  8. Did you walk

  9. honestly, thats pretty bad.

but i used to run like a 11 minute mile, now I run a 4:50 mile

  10. A mile could be ran less than 15 minutes that's for sure.

It all gets better over time so dont worry.. if you're serious about running, keep running. The key to running is motivation. Motivate yourself. And everything else will fall into place. I believe in you.

  11. I am going to be honest it is pretty bad if you were running the whole time,  a good mile time for someone who doesn't run competitively is about 8-10 minutes

  12. Well...It's not great but it's better than 20 minutes

It really depends on whether you walked or ran though.

For running, it's not too good :/
