That's pretty bad. Tanning bed's are idiotic cause they may make you look all pretty but really your just gonna have some random disease/cancer when you get older. Or, if your lucky, nothing will happen! But I wouldn't take the risk. 3 or 4 times a week is kinda bad... :(

well if you want to get skin cancer its that bad

not bad. it also depends on how long your in it each time and if your skin is used to being baked
