I'm looking for houses in that area and I noticed a few neighbourhoods that have rail lines going through them.

Does anybody know if these are very active rail lines?

  1. If there are tracks, consider them as active tracks.  If you cant stand listening to trains at any given time or day, then dont buy a house there.

  2. Nope, no idea, sorry.

  3. Not in that area.  I did stay with a friend who lived in a house right next tom the tracks.  The first few nights i heard them but then got used to it.

  4. It is actually quite fun to stand near the rails and look at trains pass buy. If u can't stand the noise they make at night, well don't buy a house there!
